NZ Dispatch

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of your payment. Normal delivery is expected to be next day but may be longer depending on the time of your order and your location in New Zealand. North Island rural delivery is

generally two days and South Island rural delivery can be four days.

Important: Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure that we have your full bonafide postal address.

Return of faulty goods

All our products are brand new and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. They are therefore deemed to be in perfect condition and working order. We check each item for cosmetic damage before despatch. In the unlikely event of a product malfunction, we will gladly replace items after determining the cause of the malfunction. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Items deemed to be faulty will be returned to the manufacturer in Germany for evaluation of the described malfunction. The results of the tests will determine whether you are entitled to a replacement. This process may take several weeks.

We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Refunds

Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene concerns and the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds for items that are deemed unsuitable or that have been purchased in error. This is regardless of whether the item has been removed from the original packaging or not. Please choose wisely and carefully. You may of course call us for assistance or advice prior to making any purchase.
